For online counselling, we use the platform doxy.me. It is safe and you do not need to download an app or get sent a link.

We use the same link every time. You will find it in the appointment reminder you receive the day before your appointment. This link is the same everytime, so feel free to bookmark it fo you can find it quickly.

On the day of your appointment, you simply click that link from your connected phone, laptop or other device a few minutes before your appointment time. You will be put in a virtual waiting room. I will start the appointment as soon as I can. I am usually right on time or within a couple minutes.
